Agent Advice, a property firm, conducted a comprehensive analysis of over 130 celebrity-involved property sales in the United States from January 2023 onwards. Their results concluded a number of celebrities made million of profit in the property market in 2023





Mark Wahlberg:

  • Sold his 30,500 square-foot mega mansion in Beverley Park, Southern California, for $55 million in February. Originally listed at $87.5 million, experiencing a 37% price reduction.

  • Purchased the land for $8.25 million in 2009, realizing a substantial profit of $46.7 million.

Brad Pitt:

  • Sold his Los Feliz compound for $33 million in April, a property where he raised his six children with Angelina Jolie.

  • Purchased the 6,700 square-foot mansion over three decades ago for $1.7 million, making an impressive 1,840% profit.


Celine Dion:

  • Sold her 31,000-square-foot mansion in Las Vegas for $30 million in May, triple the amount she initially paid in 2017.

  • Renovation led to a remarkable $20.8 million profit from the property's initial purchase price.


Diane Sawyer:
